About RSA
Retail Systems Associates, Inc., is located in Bay Village, Ohio (about 10 miles west of Cleveland). The company was founded in 1998 by Anne M Mulhollan, a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an accomplished technical writer and has almost 20 years in the retail inventory software industry. Since then, RSA has helped clients with their information technology, web site development, and documentation needs, and has helped many companies meet their IT, web site, and documentation goals.
Most of RSA's clients are small companies that want to portray a professional "big company" image through various products, but do not have the in-house resources to achieve that. RSA is able to provide these companies with the support they need and help them deliver an excellent end-user product to their customers.
